Gameplay
Yes, you'll need to download our Murder57 app (available on iOS and Android). The app guides you through the game, shows your map, tracks your progress, and lets you submit your final solution.
No worries! You can request hints through the app. Each puzzle has up to 3 hints available. Using hints may affect your final score but won't prevent you from completing the game.
Yes! Life happens. You can pause your game session through the app. However, paused time still counts towards the event end time, so make sure to resume before the event officially ends.
General
Murder57 is an immersive, location-based mystery game where you explore real-world locations, solve puzzles, interrogate characters, and gather evidence to solve a murder mystery. Think of it as an escape room that takes place across an entire city!
Most games last between 2-3 hours, depending on the event. The exact duration is listed on each event page. We recommend allowing extra time to fully enjoy the experience.
You can play solo or with a team of up to 6 people. Playing with friends is more fun, but solo detectives are also welcome! Team tickets offer a discount for groups.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and various local payment methods including Momo, ZaloPay, and VNPay. Payment is processed securely through our payment partners.
Safety
All our event routes are carefully planned through safe, well-lit public areas. We also have staff monitoring the event and available for assistance. However, always be aware of your surroundings.
Bring your phone (fully charged!), comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, a portable charger, and a sense of adventure! Water and snacks are also recommended.
Technical
We strongly recommend bringing a portable charger. If your phone dies, you can log back in on another device with your account and continue where you left off.
Some features require internet connectivity for location tracking and progress saving. However, you can download event data beforehand for limited offline play. We recommend a stable mobile data connection.
Tickets
You can purchase tickets directly through our website or mobile app. Select an event, choose your ticket type, and complete the payment. You'll receive a QR code ticket via email.
Full refunds are available up to 48 hours before the event start time. Within 48 hours, you can transfer your ticket to a friend or reschedule to another date (subject to availability).
VIP tickets include priority start times, exclusive hints, a physical evidence kit to take home, and a bonus mystery chapter not available to standard ticket holders.
